Step 1: Initial Scoping (Day 1)

You complete a brief intake form so we can understand your property, the project type, and your timeline. Within 4 business hours, we schedule a 20-minute discovery call to confirm fit and walk through your goals. No commitment, no obligation.

Step 2: Engagement Setup (Days 2-5)

Once we agree to proceed, we coordinate directly with your existing team. We establish communication channels (WhatsApp for crews, email for management), confirm the project scope, and begin collecting baseline documentation. Your crew keeps doing their work — we add the documentation layer.

Step 3: Weekly Reporting (Ongoing)

Every week, you receive a structured report covering what was actually done, what's still outstanding, what was missed or repeated, and any deficiencies flagged. Inspection prep reports are delivered in both English and Spanish. Reports include before-and-after photo evidence, attendance logs, material orders, and audit-trail-ready documentation.

Step 4: Inspection Day (If Applicable)

For inspection prep engagements, we provide a final readiness summary before inspection day. We document what was completed in the final 72 hours, flag any unresolved Life-Threatening items, and prepare you for what the inspector will actually see. We're not in the room — but you walk in knowing what's there.
